You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours after your  purchases without giving any reason for doing so.

Refund

You are entitled to the same refund amount on saleable services within 24 hours of your purchases likes ( featured listings, advertisement of any type of paid listings ), after 24 hours no refund will be granted. 

Example No.2 :- If You purchased featured listing or any type of paid services  and apply for cancellation within 24 hours then you are entitled for the full amount refund.

You can get your refund on the same path of mode of payment for you used for making payment to ons-bikes.com within 15 days from the completion of listing period or cancellation of order.
